+ Delivery +

EkokidSpaced In products are dispatched, from the Mid North Coast, usually within two working days of purchase, via a Courier Service, Australia Wide.

Please consider a longer delivery to some regional areas may occur .

We do a relative small run, if a product is out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery.

 

+ Return Policy +

If you wish to return a product for a refund or store credit (minus the shipping costs) you must notify your intention within 48 hours, of receiving the product. And send it to EkokidSpaced In within 10 days time frame, from when you received the goods.

+ Change of Mind +

We know you’ll love our products, but if you do change your mind:

EkokidSpaced In products must be returned in original condition with packaging, stickers, labels, etc. Products must not have been used.

Please contact us at ekokidspacedin@gmail.com with your invoice number and reason for return in your email.

EkokidSpaced In is not liable for any damaged or lost products being returned.

We recommend  that you use a registered mail, when returning the good, for tracking purposes.

Only store credits will be issued for change of mind, no shipping costs are included in refund.

+Faulty Product +

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon you receive the damage item, and send an image/ photo of the products so we can discuss replacement or refund options.
